A lady just learning how to drive, has fled after knocking down a commercial motorcycle and killing a passenger while driving alone in Lagos.
The incident happened, this afternoon, at Nepa Junction, Satellite Town. It was gathered that the lady had initially knocked down two other road users before the tragedy.
